Austin Gastroenterology (Texas): Opened a clinic and endoscopy center in Leander, Texas in January.
Borland Groover (Jacksonville, Fla.): Broke ground on a new endoscopy center and ASC in St. Johns County, Fla., and plans to build another endoscopy center in Jacksonville, Fla.
Gastroenterology Associates of North Mississippi (Oxford): Expanded its services to Batesville, Miss.-based Panola Medical Center in December.
Gastro Health (Miami): Acquired Olympia, Wash.-based Gastroenterology Associates and Davenport, Fla.-based Gastroenterology Consultants of Polk County. Partnered with M.H. Razavi, MD, and the Endoscopy & Digestive Center of Woodbridge (Va.) in December.
GI Alliance (Dallas): Partnered with Connecticut GI, Specialists in Gastroenterology, Digestive Health Consultants, and Coastal Digestive Care Center since the beginning of the year.
Hamilton Physician Group (Dalton, Ga.): Added two gastroenterologists, Larry Shuster, MD, and Sergio Quijano, MD, to its team in May.
Hoag Digestive (Newport Beach, Calif.): Opened a clinic in February that provides tailored treatment plans for patients with digestive conditions.
Peak Gastroenterology Associates (Colorado Springs, Colo.): Opened a new location in Lone Tree, Colo. in November.
One GI (Georgetown, Tenn.): Partnered with several groups including Skyline Gastroenterology and Skyline Endoscopy, Gastroenterology Associates, Gastroenterology Associates of Tidewater, and TransSouth since the beginning of the year.
Southern Gastroenterology Associates (Boston, Va.): Opened its second location in South Boston, Va. in November.
United Digestive (Atlanta): Partnered with private equity firm Kohlberg & Co., acquired Gastroenterology Group of Naples and Gulfshore Endoscopy Center, added surgeon Chris Evans, DO, and partnered with Oscar Health.
US Digestive Health (Exton, Pa.): Added new providers, acquired GI Specialists of Delaware and Blair Gastroenterology Associates, and unveiled new offices in Collegeville and Langhorne, Pa., and relocated an office in Downingtown, Pa.
