As COO, Baer will take primary responsibility for enterprise operational efficiency and implementing processes to accelerate growth in collaboration with leaders and partners across the firm. She will report directly to CEO, David Pyle.

Baer has had a productive career in healthcare and brings over two decades of leadership experience to the role. She most recently spent three years at Solis Mammography, the nation’s largest independent provider of mammography and women’s diagnostic services where she served as Senior Vice President, Operations. Before that, she spent four years at the University of University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Baer also held significant roles at various other organizations including NYU Langone Health and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
