Various leadership types abound, and during the COVID-19 crisis, they’ve been demonstrated at all levels. Two giants in gastroenterology, Drs. Barbara Jung and Hashem El-Serag outlined their role during the pandemic and how they adapted their leadership style to suit their responsibilities in a virtual symposium titled, “Effective Leadership in Times of Crisis.”
